Submission Instructions

PRiSM 2026 submissions are handled through the joint AE-CAI-PRiSM 2026 submission process.

Submission Website

Please submit your PRiSM 2026 contribution through the AE-CAI 2026 CMT submission site.

Demo Proposal Template

For live demo submissions, please use the AE-CAI and PRiSM 2026 one-page demo proposal template. This template is for demo proposals only. It requests a short abstract, a one-page demo summary, resource requirements, consent information where applicable, and a downloadable demo video link.

Formatting and Templates

Manuscripts should be formatted according to Wiley’s Healthcare Technology Letters (HTL) journal style. Please consult the Wiley HTL Author Guide and format your manuscript using the Wiley LaTeX template.

We recommend 8 to 10-page manuscripts for initial submission, and up to 12-page manuscripts post-revision for publication.

Double-Blind Review

All reviews will be double blind in accordance with MICCAI 2026 regulations. Authors should anonymize their initial submissions and follow the MICCAI 2026 paper submission guidelines during the submission, review, and rebuttal process.

Initial submissions should not include author names, affiliations, websites, acknowledgments, or other identifying information. This information can be restored in the revised and final versions after review.

Review Scope

We encourage submissions that demonstrate clinical relevance, clinical applications, and validation studies. We also welcome bold new ideas, proof-of-concept systems, early-stage prototypes, and innovative approaches that make computer-assisted intervention tools more accessible, affordable, and clinically deployable.

Papers will be peer-reviewed and assessed based on quality, scientific merit, clinical and translational relevance, and suitability for presentation at the joint AE-CAI, CARE, OR 2.0, and PRiSM workshop.

Proceedings and Open Access

Workshop proceedings will be published in a Special Issue on AE-CAI, CARE, OR 2.0, and PRiSM of Wiley’s IET Healthcare Technology Letters journal. Wiley’s IET HTL is an open access journal, and the publisher has agreed to a 50% discount for all AE-CAI 2026 papers. Wiley also provides waivers and discounts for eligible corresponding authors.
